I won in their slot machine and I am so grateful. Breakfast buffet was food
I must have made a mistake in reservations. I thought we were in the palms place. Very disappointed so far..
Had a great experience room service was great even customer service was great just remember snacks and open bar that's located in your room isn't free ��� but I loved my stay I'm ready to do it again
The absolute best beds and pillows! The rooms are very clean, but is in need a brighter lighting. We had to turn on every light to see. I wish the front desk had offered information about things to do in Vegas. We didn't realize that there was a free shuttle until our last day.
I attended an event in the Lounge - from when I got there they were changing furniture around as there was no dance floor - tables were set up on it! I thought they handled it very well - the waitress was delightful - the service to me was great! The Lounge was just the right size for the event - I have no complaints, I thought everything from my viewpoint went very well - the lighting & sound system was functioning great!

I absolutely love it here.... got free room upgrade and free early check in for arriving on my birthday!!! Excellent food...great, friendly staff and above all...such pristine rooms!
Really disappointed! I called to ask if we could check in early but the front desk said they were sold out and that's not gonna happen~ was very rude. Then when we checked in the room should have been a suite but WASN'T. Want more?!...well then we had to deal with our "neighbor" pounding on our wall and sobbing about something for TWO AND A HALF HOURS. The security was absolutely no help. My husband, son and I stayed there for just one night but it was wonderful! They gave us a complimentary upgrade to the 31st for with an AMAZING suite. The gentleman who helped us check in was very nice and well mannered. The only set back was there was a pretty big spot on the floor that was soaking wet but once we called and notified them it was taken care of right away. Overall the stay was amazing. We will definitely be coming back next trip!
