I'm just not cool with room service being served in cardboard, especially when 19% is being added. The food would have been good if it was hot.
Had a great time with The Palms/Palms Place. The concierge staff were great, the pool and bar staff seem to love their job and we're also super friendly and helpful. My wife and I can't wait to return. Want to try one of the 1 bedroom suites next time.
We had an amazing time from the moment we checked in. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that our stay was the best it could be. We are already talking about going back. Thank you to everyone at Palms for your contribution to a fantastic experience.
This hotel was horrible from the time we arrived it was nothing but a headache i went to spend my 10yr anniversary there and they gave someone our room and the room they gave us was nothing like what we were promised . Then when we went to check out they hit us with more hidden fees.. NEVER STAY AT THE PALMS
Not a fun place..... 20.00 to use a pool we already paid resort fee... Uppity snobby won't go back.
I love this place. Almost anything that you could possibly want is at your fingertips. Check out the spa. They give outstanding Swedish massages and coconut wraps!
Always stay here when we're in Vegas, the rooms are great and the staff is always very friendly
Simply the best in vegas.....PERIOD! the only place in Vegas I stay at!
I haven't been in Palm casino but I think I like this place. I'm in pagosa spring Colorado right now, when I come back to vagas to visit in December hopefully palm will give me a room rates discount for one week.
