I stayed in The Palms over the 4th of July weekend and into International fight week...the staff were amazing, from the clerk who helped track down a pair of 'missing' fight shorts to the fantastically funny, obliging and ever diligent Housekeeping Staff member, Danawit, who I cannot say enough good things about. If every establishment had someone like her working for them I'd stay forever. Location and shuttle was great for what we were there for and, apart from the mad parties going on on the 33rd floor...I Loved It!!!!

Use to be the biggest fan of the Palms since 2001, I referred family, clients and even made sure that I negotiated that my clients stay there. But after this weekend, I'll washing my hands of the Palms. The only time in 14 years that I've taken my whole family to Vegas and they were treated horrible. From check in, to arriving to our room, to housekeeping, conditions of the rooms & check out. Even management is horrible , phone calls and complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Several calls to Joey D'amico & still no return cal... read more

I was very hesitant about staying anywhere but Ceasars properties as I am a Diamond member there but my daughter wanted to stay in the Barbie Suite for her birthday and I must say that I have never felt so welcomed at a hotel before as their entire staff from valet, bellmen, restaurants, and pool staff made us feel right at home. That suite is outstanding and has a million dollar view! Hooters and n9ne restaurants are fabulous! The slot play is very fair there and I even hit a jackpot on the wheel of fortune slots on their 1... read more

I didn't stay there but go hear Santa Fe and the Fat City Horns in the lounge every time I visit Vegas. Unbelievable shows every time ( except when the sound guys insist on turning up the kickdrum or the bass) so loud that your heart vibrates. At a mere $10 the show is a steal and never disappoints.

Got an amazing upgrade at no cost. However the room was filled with the smell of marijuana, the jet tub didn't work and one of the beers in the refrigerator was gone.
