About this business

An intimately seductive escape from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip, the Palms Casino Hotel aims to please the hip and sophisticated. Once home to MTV's The Real World: Las Vegas, this hotel now hosts the rooftop Ghostbar and the trendy Rain nightclub, among other attractions. Outstanding customer service (thanks Chris and team), rooms are creative and unique, has an overall experience vibe! The management must be top shelf because the training - down to the smile you are greeted with - is second to none for us non high rollers! Thank you Palms you saved my Las Vegas experience...HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The room was nice, but the resort fee should have seen waived. The resort is under so much construction and most of the restaurants are closed as is the pool and the buffet. Everything that makes it a resort is not available. They do not tell you this until you check in so you have to pay almost $40 for a resort fee for amenities that you can't even use. Next time i will stay somewhere else so that I can access the resort amenities since I am paying a resort fee.

If I could give a Zero I would, most everything is shut down for remodeling. Pools and restaurants and the Ghost Bar too. Big bummer and they don't tell guests that when you're 📚 by!

Concierge is rude, they charge a resort fee but does not do absolutely anything for you. You can't even get water from them for free. Pool is out of order and half the clubs and bars not working.
