An intimately seductive escape from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip, the Palms Casino Hotel aims to please the hip and sophisticated. Once home to MTV's The Real World: Las Vegas, this hotel now hosts the rooftop Ghostbar and the trendy Rain nightclub, among other attractions. Drenched in swanky décor, this glamorous hotel is a quintessential Vegas experience.

We are considering moving to a different resort and just not finishing our stay with The Palms for the remainder of our vacay here in Vegas. Hoping that things improve in the morning - we have always heard that this hotel ranked high in hospitality and are hoping to experience that ourselves.
The tag line "always open" doesn't apply to exercise facilities or early morning lap swimmers. I am booked at Palms Place for several days and was told pool not open until 11 and even the gym isn't open until 6. I don't know about you but if I am in Vegas for a conference I need early morning workouts or it doesn't happen. I even called to check if pool was open and was told it would be accessible. It is going to be a long week. The money saved by staying here was not worth it--live it and learn it.
lots of good and fair Gaming. Very Clean even smelled good
We recently traveled to Laa Vegas at the beginning of August. After reading the reviews and realizing the hotel was farther from the strip I was a little nervous. We arrived on a Friday morning and got checked in right away. We had an awesome room with a great view of the city. We spent a lot of our time in the casino. I loved that the hotel wasn't on the strip because the only people in the resort were staying there so it wasn't crowded when you wanted to gamble. I loved everything about our stay at the palms. The movie the... read more
Loving the new and improved much needed renovations. I felt like I was walking into a taping of HGTV resort makeover. So Happy to see the end results. Like my face book page: Las Vegas is Everything Patty Prather
It's a really sad story. After explicitly booking a room with a jacucci bathtub, construction work woke us up at 6.30 in the morning. After complaining about it, we were offered a dirty room with only a shower. After pointing that out we got the choice to either stick to the dirty room or move back to the noise without ever getting an apology or even sympathy.
One of my worst service experiences ever in the US. First we were awakened at the crack of dawn because of construction work they themselves didnt know was happening and then we were moved to another much worse room because of the noise! When we talked to them about it apparently nothing could be done for us. I really can't recommend this Hotel to anyone!
Every part of our groups nearly week long event was top notch. I would return for sure.
Great time, food delicious, service marvelous. I had a fantastic time, will be back.
