PALMS CASINO RESORT STAFF STOLE FROM MY ROOM On Feb 12, my boyfriend and I flew to Vegas for a convention and my first vacation ever. At 11am the next day we left our room and I put $200 cash in a small pocket inside my bag. We returned to the room at 5pm and all of our belongings were moved around. My friend left their room and came back to find out employees had entered their room, and stolen their money. Not only has no one been of any assistance, but they’re refusing to speak to them until the morning of their departure flight home. Absolute bullshit. This place is a scam.
How sad a guest cannot even stay at your facility in comfort without their room being entered and money taken by a staff member. Who else would have access while the GUEST was away? How completely ridiculous it is that staying at a hotel like this you are stolen from. All of the trip money was taken while the guests were away from the room. (From a personal bag left in the room as the couple went exploring just as tourists do!) The “new” buffet was ok. Not enough season on some of the riid And no pies for dessert.
The player's card advisement/program is VERY misleading and some will say it's fraudulent. Use caution before getting your player's card. The food, service and decor were spot on. The price is almost competitive. Would highly recommend for all to try.
