I understand they are currently renovating, however I was unaware before I booked my room (I should have looked before I went). With that being said, the Palms currently doesn't really have anything to offer. The pool is a brisk 15 minute walk and it's about the same size as an average apartment complex with minimal seats available. The people, the service, the atmosphere and the new décor make the place to stay in Vegas
I am loving my stay here so far, the bartender Ashley is extremely good, and she makes really good drinks ���
It was a nice stay. A lot of construction going on which wasn't bad. At times you could hear the banging up in the rooms early in the am. Overall great stay! Staff was awesome! Shuttle driver was so helpful and nice. Hoping to come back once they are done with all the remodeling!
I am very impressed with the customer service I received. After a long travel time I arrived several hours before check in and was worried that I couldn't get into my room. However I was able to get checked in and so happy to have time to rest and get freshened up before my training began. Everything was perfect and thank you for making my stay enjoyable!

Worse hotel I have ever stayed in Vegas. Their customer service is really bad, I asked to be changed to a different room as I was not happy at the room I was, I was ok with paying any additional fees but they refused to give me another room saying they were all booked (on a Sunday?) when 80% of people are already checked out. Excellent buffet! Assistant Marketing Director is wonderful and doing an amazing job! Enjoyed our stay, each time we have been there. Looking forward to seeing the remodel complete!
