I have always had a wonderful stay at Palms.
Dog pee stains everywhere! Room stinks! They Won't give me a new room and will charge ME to clean it! Horrible hospitality!

If i could rate it negative stars I would. There is just nothing good to say about this place. It's 3am as I am writing this review and there is 0 sound barrier in any of the hotel. I can hear 100% of the rooms around us conversations and the people in the hallway. If u are parking forget it, you have to walk for miles to park to register to then move your car to park in a garage that is far away to walk to a separate tower for your room. Oh yeah and customer service is terrible.

Great hotel and casino! Buffet is excellent too, and very affordable compared to other ones in Vegas
Great team members. Interacted with my friend and I at the blackjack tables. Cocktail service was fast and friendly. Definitely will return.
