My first word would be WOW! This hotel exceeded far beyond my expectations. From the food, to the amenities, to its employees everything was excellent. Awesome customer service. They were under remodeling but that did not interrupt at all with our stay. They have free complimentary shuttle to and from the strip. The drivers name was Terry he is such a sweet guy. We also ate breakfast everyday at the AYCE buffet and it was incredibly delicious! This hotel will most definetly see me again in the future.

Totally a Beautiful Resort + Spa !! Just Bought a Home in Sun City.. From Florida..This Resort is Full of the Nicest Employees...I fell into a Jackpot !! And got Fantastic Show Tickets for September 7 !! Thanks again.. We'll be Back Soon...

We have been going to the Palms often since their remodel. The gaming area is very nice. We have eaten at the buffet, which is phenomenal. We have had lunch at the Noodles restaurant and the Lucky Penny. Both venues offer a nice selection for the price.

Under construction. Rooms are nice, slots are ok, missing a lot of premium slots.... brunch is amazing at AYCE Buffet.. be aware that main pool and spa is offline for construction. You can use palm place pool UNLESS they had a private event like they did today. Inexcusable to have no pool available. They threw us a $30 brunch comp as an “oops, our bad”.... Might be great again when they get everything else rebuilt. A little off the strip but shuttle buses go to Caesars so you can get to the strip. Runs at :00 and :30
