Excellent stay at the Palms! Great rooms, all staff were attentive and friendly, and The Lucky Penny Cafe was fantastic! Great food, phenomenal service, and the manager....well, let’s just say she definitely made sure everyone patron was happy with their food and service! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!!
It may be off the strip, but the Palms and the Pool at the Palms, more than make up for that!!

The room was nice but there’s massive construction going on and we weren’t notified. There are no signs up and the elevator did open up to a floor that it shouldn’t have. Not a good fort time experience! The pool and rooftop restaurant are under construction, so ........... I had to go other places
Unfriendly staff. False advertisement. Under construction. No pride in their business whatsoever.
I pre-pay, confirm my reservation, move into a room...then on the second day I find my room key doesn't work...my bags are in the lobby and there's no other room in the Inn! Why? Because a singer, Gwen Stefani, was appearing that night; and they could sell my (first) room for premium cost- not the discount I'd pre-paid.
Love this place it’s my first and only choice hotel In Vegas. Off site strip so it’s easy to get to and they have a great staff!!!
I had never stayed at the Palms before this trip and I was really looking forward to it. We booked over a month ago but unfortunately as our trip started we became sick. We told the concierge when we checked in that we were sick and needed rest. The room itself was nice and clean I had no complaints until 7 o’clock in the morning when construction started in the rooms on both sides of us. 7 AM.
