AYCE Buffet was excellent, Marilyn our waitress was so funny and sweet. Food was fresh and interesting! We played a little after, while the casino is small it has a little of everything. Valet was wonderful, he got Mom’s scooter out of the car for me and put it together and happily loaded it back up when we were ready to go home. While some would say that is the way thing should be, I agree. But now that some are forced to pay for Valet service I believe those places are less likely to assist.
The food at the buffet was horrible. They had very few sugar free desserts.
We stay here couple times a year. But since stations took over it went sown hill. The resort fee is half the price of the room. Im a president player. Our sirst room the jaccuzzi tub would go on n off.. Mind of its own. Called down stairs and they wanted me to switch rooms. I did. Took over 45 minutes .. So we were in and out of hot tub 3 times... Finally got switched to new room. Then they still charged me for my coke and resort fee. Un real. Also called down for a casino host. Got a voicemail. Left voicemail never heard ba... read more
The buffet is jus the best � good food and roast ribs
This is the worst hotel we have stayed at in Las Vegas. Security has had to come up to our room three times to let us in because the keys never work and we always end up waiting outside our room for 20 minutes waiting for the guy to get up there. The only redeeming quality of this place is the view from the window. Now we’re waiting to be moved to a different room, on a different floor, which has a door that HOPEFULLY works but have been waiting a half hour. I would never stay here again. Room nice but service was bad front desk Asian lady was the best but hotel mistake had security at my suite for no reason out of all the hotels in Vegas not sure if I’d stay there again I did take their money 💰
I stayed in the Ivory Tower and my room was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a lot of construction going on in the building, but progress has to happen as we all know. I'll definitely be staying there again, and I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product!
Dirty room.. sent room service up to clean it at 3am... Seriously??
