The price was right. The room was huge and clean. The bed was comfortable. The food at the Lucky Penny was excellent.
Amazing as Usual!!! I will stay no where else Amenities are endless, customer service is exceptional, Clean, LUXERY !!!

Finally made it to the Palms and it was messy and under construction. Payouts were none existent....made my donation and left. Staff was friendly and the guy at Starbucks rocks!
That's horrible that you would send out promotional mailers and post false advertisement about going to the promotions desk to pick up your free gift or cash and when you get there the excuse is you are not allowed to have cash at the counter for the giveaway. Considering you are behind the counter and the gift cash giveaway is out in the open floor. Not a good excuse. Just a trick to get you in the casino for nothing! Bad business!!!
I would not stay here again. First of all the a.c. Completely sucks, it won't get your room cool, and then when you call the then and ask them to fix it, they act like you're a major inconvenience to them. Then when someone acting does come to your room to look at it, they tell you, that's all the cooler it's gonna get look at you and say there's nothing else they can do about it. Stayed two nights and both nights couldn't sleep cuz I kept waking up sweating. Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Unfortunately hotel under construction couldn’t sleep , All night was loud bang from outside. Not worth $$$ to stay there.
Although under construction still had a wonderful time. Room nice and convenience excellent room service.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Vegas! Front desk staff was VERY rude and they messed up our reservation. The hotel is under construction and they charge for everything! Be careful if you put anything in the mini bar fridge or move anything in it because they will charge you! Stayed here with a group but I will NEVER stay here again!
