Nice casino but resort has too many restaurants/shops closed for renovations at one time. Website maps are out of date showing old restaurants long closed.
I love the Palms Casino and Restaurants but as far as the movies, it's really pathetic that you have to give your purse to someone you don't know! Just because it's a back pack In there eyes! (Anything with 2 straps ) But when you get into the movie theater and it's a bunch of kids running around with bottle sodas ,and no supervision is totally embarrassing but you want to take my purse ! Great hotel, always nice to stay here. Sucked that the gym was under construction but I bet it will be great when done. The available gym was a nice hike away from the room, but it had everything I needed. Will definitely return.
There was so much construction going on much of the facilities were closed, especially the pool. With much of the resort closed, they had no problem still soaking me for the resort fee.
Pool was closed, construction happening and waking us up, and the rudest manager that I have ever met. Shelby should be re-assigned to behind the scenes. She is condescending, rude and has terrible customer service. Caesars will be getting our business from now on. $10 for 10 minutes to use the business center computer. We were not informed the pool would be closed or under construction. We spent more time away from here than on premises.
