Scored a 1000 foot, one and a half bath suite in the Ivory tower. Very comfy.

Just dealt with reservations for over a half hour trying to talk to them about their "best rate guarantee" and how I found a good rate online. After being placed on hold multiple times it ended up going no where and Im extremely frustrated now. During the call the representative even said she found me an even better rate than what was listed and was about to get the reservation started then places me on hold one last time and 10 minutes later came back and retracted their offer and wouldnt match it.
