Not only are prices out of control in Vegas, but the Plams out bids the norm. Then staff couldn't be more rude to its customers. This is a property to avoid.

This place is horrible. I stayed at Penthouse c last night. We were checked in 4 hours late after I confirmed our check in time twice. Then it was not the room I requested a month in advance, and mind you it was not cheap. So many things were wrong with the room starting with the a/c not working. But the icing on the cake is this bug that crawled out of the shower when I turned it on. It was huge! Pm I'll show you the video!!!
Worst customer service from an expensive and supposedly "classy" joint. Would never stay at this hotel again.

Great concert venue, The Pearl. Great restaurants and the rooms are nice.
