As always, a great time! Staff is all super friendly. Lots of changes going on, but that didn't keep us from enjoying our stay, and gambling experience. We had the salon suite (room 16210), fabulous room! Highly recommend it. We actually had time to enjoy the pool. Was great. Hotel was sold out, but valet and bell desk were always right on top of things. Can't wait to go back!
Stay away from Palms casino's cafe. Their Baked Rigatoni was drier than the Las Vegas Heat.

Under pretty significant construction, which severely impacts the gaming floor. The machine selection is cramped due to this. The air is stale and smelly on the gaming floor - it isn't just smoke, it is stale. The Pearl is good, but that is one of the few redeeming qualities.
I'm local and plenty of handicapped parking by the sports book. Stations is one of my flag accounts as well.
I had a great time winning at the Craps table as soon as I arrived. I would like to thank Nikki from Reservations for helping me book my room, Matthew at the Front Desk for the courtesy to check me in, Jorge the Engineer in helping unclog the toilet in my room the rest of the staff that made my stay there enjoyable for my first time staying at "The Palms."
This hotel is EVERYTHING! Great staff and exceptional service. Everyone is very helpful, and without attitude! lol Great food ordered from room service (breakfast & dinner) Definitely recommended!!!!
I had in awesome Time the room was Real Nice well see this place again soon
