Technician Josue was a very pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable young man, Army vet. Was a pleasure having his help today. He diagnosed an impending problem with burnt contactor on ac unit and I had him replace it. I’m very pleased with PacAir and the way they have maintained our system, which is 12 yrs old and going strong.
Two very pleasant young men showed up on time, went right to work, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and all in a very quick time. I recommend Pacific Heating & Heating and will use them in the future.
Very nice technician who was on time and worked efficiently.
They came out and fix the pump heater twice and still do not have air conditioning trying to tell us that is going to cost us another $2,500 to fix it at our expense even though they're already getting close to $300 out of us a month

Frankie came out for the semi annual inspection and service on my heat pump. He was very proficient at explaining what he was doing and what the expected end results were to be. Frankie was personable and professional. My system is working exactly as it was designed to do. Would recommend this company to anyone with heating/air conditioning issues.

We had our old air ducts from the nineteen seventies sealed. Justin and Ethan did an amazing job! They were very careful and diligent to make sure it was done properly and to achieve the best results. They were very respectful of our home and extremely personable and polite. The Aeroseal process was very effective. We received a detailed printout of before and after leakage in our system with an air leak reduction of 92%!! The staff was on time to schedule my periodic maintenance. I save money by enrolling in their 3-yr plan. The day before and 30-minutes prior, I received messages that their team was on their way to my home. Once here, Cody did a thorough test and inspection of my heating/cooling system to prepare it for summer operation. I have been contracting with Pacific Heating & Cooling for over 20 years and have never had a problem with their service or the operation of my HVAC system.
