I purchased a new heat pump with AC for my home in September of 2026 and even-though the quotes were almost 20% higher than any of the other prices that I got I was told they really stand behind their products so I went ahead with the purchase. After only four years and six months of good operation the AC went out on it last week and the tech was here today to check it out.
