The staff was on time to schedule my periodic maintenance. I save money by enrolling in their 3-yr plan. The day before and 30-minutes prior, I received messages that their team was on their way to my home. Once here, Cody did a thorough test and inspection of my heating/cooling system to prepare it for summer operation. I have been contracting with Pacific Heating & Cooling for over 20 years and have never had a problem with their service or the operation of my HVAC system.

After furnace service, technician told me repair would be $ 4000. Furnace is 10 years old and should be replaced. Technician did not show me the problems at the furnace, but later with photos. That irritated me afterwards I considered to have air conditioner installed and replace furnace. I was quoted that would be right now in March about $ 9000.
