Dispatch always does a great job calling to remind us and schedule our tune-*** twice a year. We love that they notify us when the techs our en route. They are also very pleasant over the phone.Our tech today was ******* and he was thorough, knowledgeable, respectful and clean. BEWARE!!! I had Pacific Heating/Cooling out to for a whole house duct cleaning for $742. When he finished, he evidently forgot to turn the furnace breakers back on so the furnace would not start. I reported the trouble to the company and they sent someone out the next day for a $130 assessment that would be refunded to me if they determined it was their own error.
