Then upon checking out the old refrigerant line he found that there was a leak in it and it had to be replaced with a new line in the crawl space. They helped me get my furnace working again after power outage last night. They were super helpful. I have used them for at least twenty years and they have always been pretty good. They are an established business and seem to stand behind their products. I have a heat pump and furnace from them. They also serviced my old furnace too. The technicians I have met are all knowledgeable and friendly.
