We were originally scheduled for a maintenance check on Tuesday but Pacific H&C called on the Saturday before Tuesday and said they had a technician available now and they could come right away or we could stay with the original schedule. It was better for us to have them come on Saturday and ****** showed up about 20 minutes later. He did a fantastic job - he checked everything and explained what he was doing and why at each step. I couldn't have asked for a better and more thorough job.

***** did an excellent job. He was here for yearly maintenance and he went over everything, both heater snd A/C. Explained everything after he was done. We were so satisfied, we signed a contract with them for yearly maintenance. We will refer them to our friends and family.

We had an appointment time at 8:30 for a tune up for our furnace and air conditioner. Thomas was right on time. Very professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing. Will definitely have Pacific come out again next time. Thanks so much!
