Everything about them was poor. The salesperson, Juan, never mentioned there was a 5% markup over MSRP until we began negotiating an out the door price. The general manager, Matt Storm, was rude and arrogant and it took the general manager of Oxmoor Toyota, Patrick O’Donnell, to complete the deal. Two hours after we thought we had purchased a silver CX-5, Juan called to inform me the silver model had been sold two days earlier. I was very comfortable with a definitely no pressure approach and yet all of my wish list was met. I also appreciated the very pollute demeanor throughout the whole process. It added to the relaxed atmosphere.

Took my Mazda CX-5 on April 11,2022 because the traction light and tire light came on. The service man didn’t know why they were on and said they would check. He came back about 40 minutes.later and told me it was the steering angle sensor. As per TSB to replace the ABS unit. To replace would cost me $2761 and told me it would not be safe to drive. I left took my car to another shop (Medley’s) on Shelbyville Rd. They took my car back and diagnosed it as a sensor also but not as bad. The cost to fix was $202.10. I have driven... read more

Ms. ******* brought in her 2015 ***** CX-5 on 4/11/2022. She stated that she had multiple warning lights on. We inspected the vehicle and found multiple diagnostic trouble codes stored in the computer of her car. The first code was C0051:62. ***** had issued a technical service bulletin for that code that required the Anti-Lock Brake Hydraulic Unit to be replaced. Bulletin attached.
