Sales people really need to be mindful of the customers that have done their research. We negotiated a rate that was signed off on, but once the finance person sat down to sign everything the numbers were totally different. Jim/Tim made the transaction right by making the correct change and that saved the whole deal. If it weren’t for him there may not have been a deal at all. Keep him and his honesty on the team.
I was pleased with the ease of negotiations, and people actually listening to what I wanted and needed.
