James was excellent. Answered all my questions about the CX5 and CX9 after I drove both. Decided on the CX9. Had a couple of small bumps in purchasing the car, but James took care of everything! Bought my CX7 10 years ago from this dealership and will come back for my next purchase. Great staff and no pressure to upgrade purchase.
