Shady as a mug. They lose paper work and don't let the bank know when you trade your car in. Then the bank calls harassing me looking for a car payment. This is the 3rd and last time I will deal with Oxmoor Mazda. They didn't even put gas in the car.

I apologize about any confusion but it takes up to 30 days from purchase before your previous vehicle will be paid off. All paperwork has to process with our accounting department as well as the new banks accounting department. Once we receive the funds from your new bank we then pay off your old loan, and then your old bank has a processing time as well.
