Great service and communication. This was the second time we have worked with the Mazda team and we continue to be happy with our experience.
Well we got there right at noon, I already had the car picked out and set up a test drive with Addy, I never even saw her, Sebastian helped us out and was great! The trade in value of my car was reasonable after we negotiated the price a little more, but the reason why this gets one star is because we had to wait 5.5 hours due to only one financial guy working and there were 5 people buying cars in front of us…it was a nightmare. 10/10 would not recommend due to this long wait. I just purchased a new Mazda CX-5 today Jan. 21, 2022 and I've also had repair work done on my 2005 Mazda 6 sport at this dealership. In both instances I've received excellent service.
The team there was fast, friendly, & courteous. They were helpful through each step of the process.
After sale, Salesman and sales manager would not return my calls. Sales Manager would not see me when I went into dealership.
Nicest people to deal with, especially Jay!! They always make my car buying experience a pleasant one!
