On August 31st, they told me that if I stopped in that day they could meet my terms in order to keep my monthly payments manageable. So I canceled an appointment in order to come into the dealership. After canceling that appointment, they then called me back and asked for permission to run my credit by a few banks. Excellent Sales Experience We were met and greeted by someone as we exited our vehicle. All personnel we encountered were very polite and helpful. They answered my questions. I had done prior research and a previous dealer could not explain features. I was never pressured. They presented the facts and I was always given choices. Tyler was my salesman. He did an excellent job.

Wonderful experience! From the minute we stepped onto the Mazda lot we were greeted with amazing hospitality. They have the worse customer service. (Part Department) I called to get part numbers to make sure we ordered the correct parts. The first gentleman we very helpful and nice. I had to call back the following morning to get another part number. I spoke with Bruce Robinson (stated he was the Parts MG) he was not nice and talked to me like I had no clue what I needed and started telling me I need this part and that part and more parts not dealing with the part that I called in about.
