Oxmoor Mazda Experience Our salesperson Tyler was extremely professional, friendly, courteous, genuine and helpful. He listened and adapted quickly to our needs. I am real pleased with Oxmoor Mazda. They made it very easy for me to lease a new Cx_50. JaQuis Brooks was outstanding both times I was there. I visited the dealership on Sat and then returned on Mon to complete the deal.

Shady dealer Tried to buy a new car over internet, told dealer I had 3 other dealers that offered me prices under MSRP, asked what they could offer, was told they only sold at MSRP. Told them thanks but I had better offers. Next day they came back and they found 2 cars that they could sell below MSRP. Picked one out and when they sent me the offer, it was above MSRP. When I called them out on it, they got rude. Don't know if they thought they could get one over on me because I was a woman, or if they do this to all customers... read more

Tried to purchase a vehicle over the internet, I had found several dealers that that offered under MSRP, asked if they could beat MSRP, was told no, thanked them for their time, the next day they e-mailed back they had a couple of vehicles under MSRP, picked one out and when I checked their quote it was over MSRP, when I pointed this out, they got rude.
