Found a vehicle I liked and was ok with the price online. When I was given the full pricing it had over $1600 in taxable unremovable junk fees added. $600 of it was a "dealership fee" which was described as "added to complete all the paperwork related to the sale of a vehicle, including the sales contracts, filings with the DMV, and any other paperwork." Those items are all specifically what the Doc fee is supposed to cover.

We had a terrific experience with the folks at Oxmoor Mazada in Louisville, KY. I started my inquiries online and got very quick responses from Lilly Sanchez. The next day we visited the dealership and were greeted and taken care of by Matt Ramser. Matt is an extremely pleasant young man and, while somewhat new to the job, he was knowledgable and when a question arose he couldn't answer, he got the answer quickly. The dealership was great! We had such a great experience. We went to at least 7 dealerships that day and I have to say the Mazda experience was the best. Pleasant, Low Pressure Purchase Experience Very knowledgeable and friendly sales people at this dealership. I was glad it was open on Sunday so I didn't have to miss work to buy a car. The car itself is great, it was a perfect fit for me, and I love all the fun features it has. This dealership had a great selection of cars available which is not what I was seeing elsewhere.
