I am real pleased with Oxmoor Mazda. They made it very easy for me to lease a new Cx_50. JaQuis Brooks was outstanding both times I was there. I visited the dealership on Sat and then returned on Mon to complete the deal.

Tried to purchase a vehicle over the internet, I had found several dealers that that offered under MSRP, asked if they could beat MSRP, was told no, thanked them for their time, the next day they e-mailed back they had a couple of vehicles under MSRP, picked one out and when I checked their quote it was over MSRP, when I pointed this out, they got rude.

On August 31st, they told me that if I stopped in that day they could meet my terms in order to keep my monthly payments manageable. So I canceled an appointment in order to come into the dealership. After canceling that appointment, they then called me back and asked for permission to run my credit by a few banks. I granted that permission, and they came back with a few offers that didn't even come close to my terms. Then they said let's continue trying a few more banks. My salesman did an excellent job and communicated with me throughout the process. The finance department took a long time and I felt that their communication was lacking. I do love my car!
