We made our second purchase of a new Mazda from the great team at Oxmoor. Hats off to Karlea, Dewayne and Mario for another great experience. We drive gladly drive 100 miles from our home to deal with Oxmoor for both sales and service.

Unethical, false and misleading advertising. On the Oxmoor Mazda website, there are vehicles advertised as "certified pre-owned" for a certain price. In fact, the vehicles advertised are not "certified pre-owned" and if you want that factory certification and the accompanying warranty coverage, you will be charged $2500 additional for it.

Great experience with Oxmoor! Tyler and Addy were great to work with and got us our answers quickly. He had the car cleaned and ready for us when we got there. We did have to wait a while for the finance portion but they were very busy on a Saturday so that was understandable. Straightforward process and after trying to work with others closer to us in Nashville, we are glad we worked with Oxmoor. Thank you!

Matt Ramser, our sales person, was fantastic. The rest of the buying experience not so much. We live in Florida but needed to purchase a car while in Louisville. The dealership assured us they would be able to handle the transfer. Upon returning to Florida we were informed by the Sarasota County Clerk that Oxmoor completely screwed up the deal. It’s costing us hundreds of dollars to get this car licensed where we live. I would not buy from this dealership again.Be careful.

Adds taxable unremovable junk fees Found a vehicle I liked and was ok with the price online. When I was given the full pricing it had over $1600 in taxable unremovable junk fees added. $600 of that was a "dealership fee" which was described as "added to complete all the paperwork related to the sale of a vehicle, including the sales contracts, filings with the DMV, and any other paperwork." All of that is what the doc fee is supposed to cover.
