We have lived here since December and love it! We are military and they have been so accommodating. I love that everything is paid for as well and how updated the apartments are. It’s a very safe place as well! Live here you won’t regret it!
I have lived here for 2 years now and I love my apartment. I live in a studio and it is the perfect size for me. I have always been treated like family since I moved in. In the summers I love spending time grilling and at the fire pit. The movie theater room is also awesome! I almost picked a different medical school because I didn’t want to leave my apartment.
I've lived at Aspen Lofts for a little over a year now. They have great units and amenities available! If you ever have a problem, they work to resolve it quickly! Definitely would recommend!
My husband’s employer chose this location for us and we are very pleased!! The hallways and entryways are always clean. The underground heated parking is a real plus! Their maintenance crew is great (even fixed my husbands “ding” in the garage from his hitch on his truck �). Thanks Aspen Lofts for making our move to Grand Forks an easy and welcoming transition.

We just moved in two weeks ago and love it. Quiet and people are friendly, kids love amenities building.
Aspen Lofts has very good customer service and always reply quickly. The internet is also included and fast.
I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it here! I live a 1 bedroom apartment and it is the perfect size. The gym is definitely one of my favorite and most used amenities here with all the equipment available.
