RecommendedCouldn’t say enough great things about Oxford! We moved into our apartment a few days early to beat the snow storm. Everyone at the office made this early move possible. Christopher has done everything to make us aware of everything throughout the apartment and Kacie has been a great advocate for handling all of our paperwork and making the move in process and smooth as possible. Thank you, Oxford!!
RecommendedGreat management company! We are so happy with our new home at Sonoma Lofts. Kacie and Christopher treated us as if we had been tenants since the day they opened. Their professionalism, timely manor, and flexibility was wonderful. Too, never once when we toured apartments, were they push sales personals. Highly, highly recommend Oxford!!

RecommendedOxfords has a amazing customer service Christopher the owner of the company was awesome! I did not like the regular stove they had in my apartment, the same day of move in he replaced it with a glass stove that I wanted. I was so happy thank you and your team for the amazing experience I really appreciate it.

RecommendedOxford has amazing customer service and they are extremely personable! I forgot my keys at my hometown 2hrs away. I needed the smallest thing, it was past their closing time, and they still took the time out of their night to come open my apartment door for me.♥️ Something so simple and they were so kind! RecommendedMoved from out of state to ND and Oxford Realty helped make the transition hassle free. The staff were very helpful in finding a place on time and within our needs/budget. DO NOT RENT HERE. When we signed our lease they told us we could go month to month after our 1 year lease had ended. After our 1 year lease was up in August they told us we had to start paying an additional monthly service fee for being month to month. They said being month to month was a “privilege.” There was nothing stated anywhere in our lease about having to pay an additional monthly service fee for being month to month.
