We stayed there for 6 months while traveling on an assignment in grand forks as travel nurses. This was by far the most beautiful and clean place we have ever have the opportunity to stay in. I would do it 100 times over. Truly the staff at Oxford are above most. Every need was met and with haste. Every time we travel we worry about the difficulty in finding a location of a property for a short term lease and the living quality of a property. A spot on organization, especially appreciated after a nightmare of a different leaser in the GF area. Very thorough in ensuring we were happy with our lease and condition of the unit. Maintenance was nothing short of personable and understanding with fixing anything throughout the lease no matter how small/big the job or the time (limited tools as we were students).
