I lived in the Stone Creek building and very much enjoyed it. The apartments are modern and I especially liked the large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The staff was always pleasant to deal with and I never had any issues with them. I would absolutely recommend renting from them!
Hands down best experience finding the perfect place to live especially well within our budget! Would highly recommend this company!
I would never deal with Mike Opp at Oxford Realty. He is the realtor for for a house that we wanted to buy. We backed out because of the inspection was not good and now the sellers are not giving our earnest money back. But also the sellers have accepted a offer and are still refusing to give us our earnest money back. If Mike was any kind of realtor he would push his clients to give us our money back.
I love all the knew high end apartment complexes going up! I cannot wait to see what the new Aspen apartment complex looks like!

Oxford realty helped us find our first home and were absolutely wonderful to work with. We also rented from them previously -- everyone we've worked with has been very friendly and always respond quickly to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them!
Couldn't ask for a better property manager. The Agassiz apartment were fantastic and I enjoyed every second of living there!!! It sucks that I had to move out due to moving across country. If only they existed in South Carolina.
