RecommendedOxford reality has been very attentive and helpful when trying to find an apartment for my roommates and I. Jake was very patient/accommodating and showed us multiple properties to find one that we like best.
After having lived at Aspen Lofts, Boulder apartments, and finally Agassiz apartments, Oxford truly is the best rental company in town. Always top of the line apartments, they never skip out on anything. Maintenance is always great, the very little times you may or may not need them. I’ve been very happy with the entire Oxford staff over the years, everyone goes out of their way, even during the weekends, to help you and make sure things are truly home. I would recommend Oxford to anyone that was looking for an apartment.
An overall great experience renting with Oxford Realty, the people who worked for Oxford were genuine and were able to be flexible and accommodating to our needs and wishes whenever we needed. Quick with maintenance repairs and responses to questions/concerns! I would recommend renting from Oxford :)
I’m a resident the best realty in town. I needed to jumpstart my car for emergency and Jake came to help start my car. Very nice people. Very quiet and safe building! Kids and pet friendly! They are always making sure the buildings are kept clean. I love living in this apartment. Thank you Jake for your help!
Maintenance is quick and does a great job.
Couldn’t say enough great things about Oxford! We moved into our apartment a few days early to beat the snow storm. Everyone at the office made this early move possible. Christopher has done everything to make us aware of everything throughout the apartment and Kacie has been a great advocate for handling all of our paperwork and making the move in process and smooth as possible. Thank you, Oxford!!
Great management company! We are so happy with our new home at Sonoma Lofts. Kacie and Christopher treated us as if we had been tenants since the day they opened. Their professionalism, timely manor, and flexibility was wonderful. Too, never once when we toured apartments, were they push sales personals. Highly, highly recommend Oxford!!

Oxfords has a amazing customer service Christopher the owner of the company was awesome! I did not like the regular stove they had in my apartment, the same day of move in he replaced it with a glass stove that I wanted. I was so happy thank you and your team for the amazing experience I really appreciate it.

Oxford has amazing customer service and they are extremely personable! I forgot my keys at my hometown 2hrs away. I needed the smallest thing, it was past their closing time, and they still took the time out of their night to come open my apartment door for me.♥️ Something so simple and they were so kind! I would highly recommend anyone to rent or buy from Oxford. If your a college student, I 10/10 would recommend Sonoma Lofts.
