FANTASTIC – I went to Oxenrose the first time this spring, one week before I was maid of honor in a wedding. I had a cut and color from Pearl Lyn. She helped pick the color and cut, and they were both AMAZING! The first things my friends said when they saw me was, "You're hair is AMAZING!" One of my best buds planned a trip out from the east coast. The first thing she said to me after booking her flight was, "Get me a hair appointment with the people who did your hair!" =)
Best Value, Low Key, and Awesome Stylist – I have been going to Oxenrose since I moved to the bay area three years ago. We all know how hard it is to find that perfect hair stylist. When I got my first haircut at Oxenrose, I knew I had found my perfect place. I always see Pearlin- she's great. Very attentive and always listened to my needs. The best haricut I've had – I've been seeing iIll for almost eight months, and I've never received so many complements on my hair! He's amazing at tayloring a style and color for your individual needs. I've had some pretty awful cuts in teh city (you wouldn't think short hair would be that difficult!), but I've been extremely satisfied with the service and the way my hair has looked since then. Just a heads up---make appointments well in advance, he fills up that quickly (yes, he's that good!).
Rachel is awesome – I have been to Oxenrose twice now since I moved to the city, and I just love it! I first noticed the salon on the way home while riding muni, and I knew that is where I wanted to get my hair cut. The day that I called to make a reservation I decided to let the receptionist pick the stylist (I call it fate) and she booked my appointment with Rachel. User review by hailey1925 – I just got my haircut by Rachel based on a review I read here. She was everything the review said and more. I've finally found my permanent hairdresser. She took time before hand to find out what I liked and didn't like about my current hair style, then went and gave me exactly what I wanted and what she thought would work. I can't believe how great my hair looks and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I'll be following Rachel forever!
Best Haircut & Great Price – I just had my haircut by Rachel and my hair looks awesome. She listened to everything I wanted done and made suggestions. Never once did she try to convince me otherwise. The salon is very cool. I have definitely found my permanent stylist. No way is anyone else ever touching my hair other than Rachel.
QQ – OxenRose....WOW! Enviorment of artists who can take your image and completely transfering it into a realistic Fantasy! My experience was eye opening! When people can look at you and spend 20 min consulting your hair and needs and wants can be overwhelming, but the stylist and STAFF (hot shampoo bois=) ) are able to make you feel and look the way you can sometimes think isnt possible!! I constantly recommend the stylists at Oxenrose to my friends and associates. I've been a patron of the salon for over 5 years, and have always been pleased with the experience. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The experienced stylists are TOP NOTCH... and go out of their way to ensure client satisfaction. Its a busy place, which reminds, I should call now for my next appointment.
