Seamless process. Ownwell makes fighting for tax assessment change very easy by just filling out required info on their easy to use website and sending any required info. Company also does a great job of keeping you informed during each step of the process! They fight for you and you only pay if get a tax break, will def. use again!

They contacted us with offer of services. Since they would only be paid if they produced results, I decided to take a chance. Letting them deal with govt agencies helped us and was well worth the small percentage they charged to reduce our county taxes.

Ownwell did a very poor job on my property tax appeal this year. I sent them a spreadsheet showing every house in my neighborhood and the fact that those that individually appealed were able to achieve a 20% reduction or more against their initially appraised value. Despite being armed with this valuable information at my time and expense, they were only able to negotiate a 3% reduction, thereby resulting in a much higher base valuation for future years.
