This is the second year we had tried to get our property tax appealed. First year no luck and a charge of $250. This year Ownwell was successful with our property tax appeal. This year a reduction of almost $1000 and a fee of 25% as promised. We are very satisfied!

I protested my tax appraisal with Ownwell not being familiar with the company, but their offer stated I only paid their fee if they were able to reduce the value the County put on it. Well , they did exactly what they said they would do and I paid their fee with the funds I saved on my taxes, not only this year but all future years!********** Nice

This is the first time I have used Ownwell. They kept me up to date through the process of appealing my tax appraisal and promptly informed me of the final decision. They actually did better than what they had proposed. My cost was 25% of the savings. Additionally, Ownwell offers a variety of services that seek to reduce the overall cost of owning a home, including getting competitive homeowners insurance rates.I will use this company again and recommend them.
