Ownwell has been helping me to successfully appeal and reduce taxes from last couple of years. Very professional company, and every step of the process is updated in their portal. The website is very nice. Best thing is they only charge if the appeal is successful, so I feel it is a win-win for all. Absolutely recommended and I already got a few of my friends to give Ownwell a chance to lower their taxes.

I used a different company the first couple of years I owned my house and it was a waste of money. They accomplished zero reduction of my taxes and yet I owed them money for "trying". I was skeptical about Ownwell after getting a flyer in the mail but decided to give it a try since I would owe nothing unless they saved me money. Pleasantly surprised that they did. The process was simple as well. If you're not sure or haven't protested taxes in the past, give them a shot.

My very first time getting someone to help lower my property tax and Ownwell (as recommended by my community) did an amazing job by lowering it. I did not submit the request early enough so I actually did not hear from them for a while but once it got approved and they shared the news I was very happy. Definitely will be using them again and recommending as well.

Very dissatisfied with the way Ownwell does business. They take credit for valuation reductions that they had nothing to do with. Reductions in property values that happened before their appeal was even heard by the county.

Been a homeowner for about 4 years now and this was the first year I decided to protest my property tax and didn't know much on how to best proceed. Heard of Ownwell on the radio and looked them and glad I did, extremely easy, only had to complete a couple of pages and they did the rest! Would highly recommend them and intend to use them again in the future! and of course they helped lower my taxes and saving me money!
