Have used Ownwell at 2 different properties over my time with them. I love that I dont pay if I dont save. 25% of savings is an excellent fee rate compared to other services I found that charge 50%+. The process is extremely easy. I also love that I dont have to remember to reapply annually because they track and automatically file for me. Its one less thing for me to worry about.

Ownwell was able to reduce our assessed property value by about $25,000, thus saving us almost $700 in property taxes. They promised to only charge 25% of the savings, if any, so there was no risk. In my case, I paid nothing because of their referral incentive. I liked how easy their system was to use, so I recommended it to others. Each time a friend used Ownwell too, $20 was cut from my bill, and each friend saved $20 too. It only took 9 friends to eliminate my bill entirely.

Ownwell successfully protested my appraisal last year. While I didnt get the appraisal value I believed was warranted, they at least got all the increase (and a little more than the original appraisal) removed from the ridiculous increase in appraisal value. This year, the protest was automatically filed by Ownwell with me not having to do anything. The successful protest this year puts me in alignment with my neighbors with the same floor plan/lot size. I couldnt be happier with Ownwell.

Ok.this process was absolutely hands-off for me, all I did was just to sign up and boom ??.they took over from there and did the rest of the work.Thanks for taking over and doing an excellent job. Highly recommended.
