Ownwell did everything they said they would and made the entire process painless. Their estimated new value is what the appraisal district agreed to. They also provided a link in the email so I could go directly to my property information with the appraisal district and was able to verify the new lower appraisal value.They also provided a link to pay my 25% of the savings as the fee.First time using Ownwell but will probably use them again in the future.

They figured it out. 1) Straight forward website, setting up very simple and effective.2) Clear communication with timelines, deadlines and expected outcomes 3) Contract was solid, no walls of texts in the footnotes. If you get paid, they get paid. The only regret I have is not using them for the years before this one. Could have saved some money.

I recieved a significant reduction in property tax for next year when I really didn't think it was possible. The management fee at 25% of savings is reasonable.
