As promised, Ownwell came through! They reduced my assessment and kept me in the loop the whole time. I was impressed with their excellent communication. The process was simple and did not take long at all. I highly recommend their service.

Could not have asked for a better service. The entire process took me less than 10 minutes, after which I sat back and was updated throughout the process. During initial signup, it stated my tax savings would be $672 but at the end of the process and to my delight, I was notified of savings just shy of $1000.Payment was only requested at the end of the process and was based on a percentage of my tax savings. Their percentage charge was actually lower than all other companies.

I got my property tax reduced by almost $2000 by Ownwell's protest. They only required few readily available documents to prepare the protest and they were successful. I really appreciate their business and wish them all the best.

These guys get results fast and I can't thank them enough for helping me lower my taxes on my home. I was having issues trying to do it myself; since the county didn't have my address the same as my physical address. I kept getting the run around. So I just let Ownwell handle it. And I'm Glad I did.

FAILUERS... Second year to increase my property taxes regardless of all repair evidences...They're too busy to represent their cases fairly and with any sense of professionalism that they only setup hundreds of clients protests a day. I did protest my property myself once and got it decreased significantly, but because i travel I thought to try them TWICE, and WILL NEVER DO AGAIN.
