Very disappointed ??. Had high hopes for them. Sent them tons of pictures & estimates for work & deferred maintenance on house. I would need to spend $75,000.00 to bring my house even close to what the market value is. My value went up 53% a total of $103,620. They only lowered if $9000. Communication was poor also, My dashboard kept saying they were waiting on a decision from appraisal district. Ownwell was very courteous and polite during my initial call with them.....I have asked them to protest several properties and I have just been notified that they were very successful on my first property....I look forward to receiving favorable results on the other protests....they are very fair relevant to the fee structure and I am currently very pleased.....I would highly recommend using them!
I signed up early and they did exactly what they said they would. My tax **** was lowered.
Easy process, great result: saved me over $500 on my property taxes and in addition a $59 reduction for freeze (the one where TX grid failed). Very pleased with Ownwell!
Great experience with Ownwell. Signed up in 5 minutes and got an email a few months later letting me know that Ive saved over $500 on my property taxes. Highly recommend. Will use again next year.

They did what they said they would do. They lowered my out of pocket expense by $340. Just wish they would go to work on cutting my cost of fuel at the pump. But every bit helps. Thanks to Ownwell.

There is absolutely no communication. I wasn't sure where the process stood and i only found out the outcome of the protest by logging into the system. Not once did someone reach out to me for any materials or anything that could potentially help there case. They are supposed to be experts and help, but i'm uncertain if anything was actually done. Would pay the higher fees elsewhere.

This company is a scam. Even the contact phone number they list is not a valid number anymore. Stay away.
Ownwell did what they said they would do. They reduced my tax assessment by over $50,000 and reduce my tax **** by $1000. I will use them again next year.
