This place is a joke... appt at 12 not seen till 2 everyday all day. If vets were treated like refugees we would have it all....
Seen right away after check in ! Doctor and nurse were very nice and helpful!
Good things happen here mostly. The cardiologists that came from LSU did an excellent job placing stents on their second attempt. They were not prepared the first time- their words not mine. The doctors have to ask someone else when you ask them a question. Sometimes we are told several different things when we ask different people the same question. The biggest complaint I have is that you sometimes starve my veteran. He was npo for a morning stent placement which didn't happen till late in the day. By 6 pm he was hungary a... read more
The administration people are rude and extremely lazy. The doctors and nurses are terrific.
Was the fastest we ever got seen and treated in an ER
I have found the people at Overton Brooks to be extremely friendly. Doctors, fellow patients, coffee shop barista, clerks, and nurses. I am not a fan of mailing me an appointment as opposed to me scheduling an appointment since I still work full time and have to take time off to come, but otherwise I love this medical center.
2006 I had Prostrate Cancers Surgery there and I was treated very well. Yesterday was treated well. I been to lot of follow ups. I'm always treated well. Thank you.
I have been there several times....very efficient and friendly. I have absolutely no complaints.....well....parking !!!
