Orientation session for new patients. Very informative and interesting. Took about three hours, professionally presented by knowledgeable personnel. Left with my new ID card and an appointment with a VA healthcare provider! Good job Uncle Sam!
I have been going to Overton Brooks VA for more than 20yrs, and yesterday, just like in the past the Staff(nurse, RN's Doctors, Surgeons, etc) have always provided me with superior treatment. Even when I call in to get refills on meds, I am very satisfied with their help. The staff at Overton Brooks VA are a Group of Genuine Caring Professionals. I was there on Sunday March 26 2017 worse experience I have experienced in my life waiting for a doctor was so long I left I will never go on a weekend for an emergency again
My dad had been going to this VA for years he gets the best care and if he loves it we love it. Top notch Dr and Nurses. Everyone is so helpful and never mind about the popcorn well it's the truth.
I cannot express my appreciation enough to all these doctors and the most wonderful nurses and the most awesome care they have given my step dad. Absolutely amazing !!!!
