I went through emergency the nurses the doctor and the people of attendance or very nice they took care of me right away and attended to my needs you did a great job and they should be commended
I've had total hip replacement surgery at the VA, and my recovery from my surgery is going great. I have a great physical therapist who said he will have me up moving around real soon.
Nothing but the best care my husband could ask for,,Thanks to the whole staff,,God Bless
I just moved to the area which is Monroe Louisiana 5 months ago and I've had to make 4 trips to the VA Shreveport and every time I've been able to get right in with very little waiting time and was professionally taken care of by all staff
Went to get fitted for two new hearing aids and was in and out quickly. Very good lady doing it.
Helped make Veterans and their families have better experiences dealing with VA, and hopefully made my fellow volunteers happier too. Helping you fellow human beings is a blessing we all can share.
While the entire VA system is slow and in need of an overhaul, the staff at Overton Brooks far exceeded expectations in the best way! Never have I experienced hospital staff more kind, compassionate and truly dedicated to their patients and the families.
We have always been treated professionally, kindly and patiently. The staff are top notch and care about their patients! After going to Houston when living in TX, we really appreciate Overton Brooks!
I move down here from Iowa this was my first visit to the hospital the doctors the nurses the vampires everybody was just extra nice. The only thing that disappointed me was it took too long to get an appointment two months is extremely long. But thanks again for being there you people were great
