Prosthetic Department are the best will not stop until the job is Done. Josh & Russell they make you feel kinda like family every one in that Dept. Deserves a big pat on the back..Kendra watson has help me to she is very dedicated to her job thing she does for you it gets solved
In the 25years my hubby has been dealing with va ,Dr Borden at Shreveport is the best dr we have EVER seen ,fast and very professional,funny took time to really listen to him,would highly recommend her!!!
I have never had a bad experience or an extended wait, even as a walk-in. I am proud of the Red Team and the level of care I receive.
Most every time I come to urgent care I have a good experience and this time was no different. Thanx to all the nurses on 6th floor as well. Very kind and warm. I hate hospitals so I can't give an excellent but I really appreciate these guys.
1 star because I sat in the ER a few months ago with a broken leg for 5 hours AFTER telling them that it was broken upon my arrival. People who took my xrays were more worried about shift change than passing the xrays on. I know this because I overheard the new shift talking about it. I'd consider raising it to 2 stars but I've been waiting for a total of 30 minutes (3 different 10 minutes phone calls) listening to the phone ring waiting for someone in dental to answer it.
Some of the people that you have employed there, really needs to work on their customer service. I plus others that come to the VA, is because We Served. So, if they don't have the patience to listen and help us, they need to go somewhere else to work. If you are a receptionist, you are not a doctor, just a receptionist. The Eye Clinic has the worst receptionist, at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center.
Took my Dad for a medical follow up. Great experience with great customer service. The only complaint is the shuttle driver trying to eat a plate of pancakes while driving. Otherwise all nurses, receptionist, and doctors were fantastic. Thanks VA!
The Neurology department is the best service, I always received great service in the hospital ( Radiology, GI clinic). Great people, helpful! I appreciate my hospital!
