Our family of 3 love living here! The staff is great and the location is perfect as far as being just far enough from town, yet close enough to shopping and activities!
Awesome response time whenever I needed anything fixed at my apt. Awesome pool and wonderful upkeep!!! Everyone is always willing to help every time I go into the office with any question. Thank you for the great living experience!!!!
We have loved here since March 2015 when they opened and we couldn't love it more. The amenities alone are amazing, but the apartment itself is great too. The staff is always willing to help or fix any problems you may have. We don't plan on leaving until we eventually build a house down the road. UPDATE 7/4/16: The past 2 months have been the opposite of what I stated above. Pool being closed for a week, trash piling up outside of the dumpster every weekend, three weeks to replace ice maker that was broken, not replacing li... read more
Overlook Ranch has been an awesome place to be at since we moved here August 2015! The location is awesome, and we love that it's close to the shopping centers at Heritage Trace. We love the dog park that's located in the center of the complex, I take my dog there every morning :) When we make a service call, the individuals at the front office are always timely on what we need, or what we request!
