I've lived at over look ranch for over a year. The staff is always super helpful and great and the community is quite and respectful. I will continue living here until I have to leave. Would definitely recommend.
The girls in the office are awesome and make Overlook Ranch that much better! They’re always super friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are great too. Anytime I put in a work order they get it done that day, no problem. I’ve lived in lots of apartments and this one has been the best by far!
My wife and I have been here for 2 years and we had wished this complex was around earlier because of the friendly staff, the accommodations, and the location. It has been great living here!!! Give this place a try if you are looking for a great apartment home!!!
I love living here. It is quiet. The staff work hard to make it a great community. They resolve maintenance issues quickly and right the first time.
We've only been here a few months but from the moment we stopped by to get information, the staff has always been professional, friendly & responsive to requests/inquires! Hailey, Merry & Alyssa did a fantastic job getting us moved in over a holiday weekend. Our neighbors have all been friendly & have been helpful answering questions. And when the recent extreme cold weather caused a pipe to burst in our building...Nicole, Alyssa, Saul & Jimmy were quick to respond and resolve the situation. I just wanted to say a quick thank you to Alyssa Waldie and Hailey Harner. They both worked together as a team to help my wife and I find the correct apartment. We have been living at Overlook for three years. We recently had a baby and needed an extra room. Alyssa and Hailey worked so hard over several days to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. I also want to thank Merry Norton. She helped through the process and made us feel at home.
